At Terra Consultants, we are committed to making sure you receive the best possible service. We offer a variety of hardware, software and data recovery services, for both Windows-based PCs and Apple Macintosh computers. Our technicians are qualified to repair a wide variety of Windows based laptop and desktop computers, from many leading manufacturers. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we offer in house Apple warranty repairs. We also provide out of warranty repairs of your Apple computer in-house and on-site at your location. Standard Service
Our standard service is offered in-house at 380 Alison Blvd. When you bring in your computer, one of our technicians will examine it within 1-2 business days. Depending on the type of repair, the typical turnaround time is 2-7 business days.

On-Site Service
Terra Consultants offers on-site maintenance, repair, service, and installations. Whether you need a server setup to meet the needs of your company, a group of Macs/PC's networked together, or just need someone to make your PC or Mac play friendly with your printer, our Mac and PC experts can come straight to you.
Our on-site services are available anywhere within Atlantic Canada (the Maritime provinces) with pre-arranged appointments. Contact our staff for details, or to set up an on-site service appointment.

Emergency Service
For critical, time-sensitive repairs, we offer priority Emergency service. Emergency service gives you priority over standard service and we guarantee your computer will be looked at within an hour of being delivered to our service department at or before 14:00 (2:00 PM).
We also provide emergency on-site services at a higher hourly charge. This guarantees a 2 hour maximum response time.
